3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due at the time of order or registration. Accepted methods are indicated at checkout. In case of failed processing, access may be suspended until resolution.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to maintain satisfaction. The following refund rules apply based on the type of purchase:

Services: Clients may cancel up to seven days before the scheduled start date for a full refund minus a 10% administrative charge. Cancellations within seven days are not eligible for refund but may be transferred to a future date at no additional fee. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available.
Info Products: Due to immediate delivery and access, purchases of digital materials are final and non-refundable. Please review sample content before purchase.
Goods: Eligible for return within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Upon approval, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within seven business days of receipt of returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

5. Service Modification and Transfer

Requests to modify or transfer a scheduled service must be submitted at least seven days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability and confirmation. No additional fees apply for one-time transfers.
